Data collected, by category

• Practitioners: identity details, contact details, professional license number, insurance details, electronic signatures and payment details.
• Practitioner and space-host prospects (leads): name, email, phone, city and free-text description.
• Browsing and cookies: IP address, technical usage data and session identifiers, for operation and security purposes.

Purposes and legal bases

Processing is intended for account and booking management, invoicing, contact following a request, system security and compliance with legal obligations. The legal bases are performance of the contract, consent, the operator's legitimate interest and legal obligations.

Recipients, processors and transfers outside Israel

Data may be shared with providers that process it on the operator's behalf: Supabase (hosting, Frankfurt region), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Make.com (automation and notifications), Green Invoice (invoices) and Seam (door codes). Some of these processors are located outside Israel; transfers are carried out in compliance with the law and appropriate contractual safeguards.

Retention periods

Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes pursued and to comply with legal obligations (notably accounting), then deleted or anonymized.

Security

The operator implements reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.

The Platform uses cookies essential to its operation and security. You can manage your browser preferences, but blocking essential cookies may impair the service.

Minors

The service is not intended for minors and does not knowingly collect data about them.

No processing of patient data

To remove any ambiguity: the Platform does NOT process ANY patient data. It contains no medical records, no patient appointment booking, and no health data of the practitioners' patients.
