Terms of Use
Version 1 · Last updated: July 10, 2026
The Hebrew version prevails.
Purpose of the service
The Dailycare platform (the "Platform") allows practitioners and healthcare professionals to book treatment rooms and offices within shared health hubs, per session or by subscription. The Platform includes a presentation directory of practitioners, for visibility purposes only.
The Platform is not intended for booking patient appointments and does not provide any telehealth service. It creates no relationship between the Platform and the practitioner's patients.
Accounts and accuracy of information
Using the booking services requires opening a single personal account. The user undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including a valid professional license and insurance where required, and to keep credentials confidential. The user is responsible for any action carried out from their account.
Booking, payment and cancellation
Room prices and cancellation terms are displayed at the time of booking, for each location. The applicable cancellation terms are those presented on the Platform in the relevant location's cancellation policy (cancellation_policies); this document does not reproduce any deadlines or refund rates — these are set and displayed on the booking page.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Confirmation of a booking is subject to payment.
Intellectual property
All rights in the Platform (design, trademarks, code, content) belong to the Platform operator or its licensors. Any reproduction, copying or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.
Prohibited conduct
It is prohibited to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, to enter false information, to attempt to harm the security or availability of the service, to access third-party accounts without authorization, or to harm other users or third parties.
Availability without warranty
The service is provided "AS IS", without warranty of continuous availability. Interruptions are possible for maintenance, updates or causes beyond the operator's control, including closure on Shabbat and holidays.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or special damages. The operator's liability, if incurred, is limited to the amounts actually paid for the service over the relevant period.
Termination
The user may close their account at any time. The operator may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms or of the law.
Relationship with the practitioner agreement
Where a practitioner has signed an individual agreement with the location or the operator, the provisions of that agreement prevail over these terms in the event of contradiction.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed exclusively by Israeli law. The competent courts of Jerusalem have exclusive jurisdiction.
Precedence of the Hebrew version
The Hebrew version of this document prevails. The French and English translations are provided for convenience only; in the event of contradiction, the Hebrew version prevails.
